Artist Statement
I am an animal artist who produces vibrant, striking acrylic paintings. I take my inspiration from the beautiful Derbyshire countryside on my many dog walks. I love using colour to capture the unique and powerful beauty of the natural world. I especially enjoy painting cows and have enjoyed the challenges of photographing these inquisitive beasts. I have recently painted sheep, chickens and dogs; and am always looking for new characters to inspire me.
