Artist Statement
I have always had a love of animals and nature. Growing up surrounded by wildlife and rugged landscape has provided me with lots of inspiration. I began experimenting with watercolour and developed my own expressive and colourful way of painting. I use the unique qualities of watercolour, with vibrant colours and soft brushstrokes to portray the natural world, and take great pleasure in applying bright watercolour to paper, watching the paint take on a life of its own.
My work will be exhibited at the Green Man Gallery from the 25th May - 20th June, which is open:
Mon,Tues,Wed, Fri and Sat
10.30am to 4.30pm
Sun 11.30am to 4.30pm.
